My current routine is adding my protein powder to raw milk along with my creatine powder (10g). I also add a scoop of allulose to sweeten it a little, but mainly to mute the effect on blood sugar from the lactose in the whole milk. Here’s the raw milk that I use from my local dairy. It’s from a herd of all Jersey cows and quite creamy!

Today's Consult - Vaginal Dryness on low E2 dose

Here is the next reel that will be posted to Instagram:

A 52-year-old woman with a complete hysterectomy came in today and mentioned her vaginal dryness still isn’t improving, despite being on the same hormone regimen for four years. She’s using both vaginal estradiol and a low-dose sublingual troche, but likely not enough systemically to resolve symptoms. I recommended asking her doctor about increasing her vaginal dosing frequency and adjusting her systemic dose. When patients understand what each hormone is supposed to do, they can better advocate for adjustments—and ultimately get better results.

This milk was still inside a cow within the last 24 hours! It kind of takes me back to my childhood when I spent summers on a dairy farm in Preston, ID. We would drink it chilled, fresh from a milking. So I wanted to know what the concerns are. Why do states regulate or e…

The Raw Milk subject is super interesting. My husband and I wanted to start a biz of milk products produced by a specific cow. You could select your cow and the products would be sent to you labeled with the name of your cow. Dreams, Right? I am originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco MX and there are some communities that still consume and prefer raw milk (Leche Bronca). I remember having Pajarete in Tequila, Jalisco. A drink made with Leche Bronca and Mezcal/Tequila, a tonic that is meant to help with vitality. I was young when I had it and apparently it helps kill parasites? I'll ask my parents more about this.
