What are hormone disruptors?

Layne Kilpatrick, Rph (Hormone Specilaist)

Hormone disruptors are chemicals that interfere with how your body makes, uses, or clears hormones. They’re not rare — they’re everywhere. In plastics, fragrances, receipts, water, food packaging, and even medications.

The scary part? Most people have no idea they’re being exposed. And over time, these exposures can throw off testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, and fertility — sometimes in subtle ways that look like “normal aging.”

I started digging into this because I saw people struggling with symptoms that didn’t match their labs. It turns out, we’ve been surrounded by silent hormone disruptors for decades — and no one warned us.

The good news is, once you see them, you can start replacing them. You can take your health back. That’s what we’re here for.
